Lessons are generally scheduled once per week and we ask that our students pre-pay for at least four lessons at a time. We do this to help ensure you get results.

    Students must be on time: Your lesson starts and ends promptly on the time we arranged. Being late means you’ll miss valuable lesson time.

    Monthly tuition is due at the first lesson of each month and subsequently applied to lessons for the entire month.

    All lessons are scheduled in advance. Please remember that scheduling a lesson is a reservation of the instructor's professional time. Students must notify Paul or Kerena Moeller of a lesson cancellation a minimum of 24 hours prior to lesson time. If at least 24 hours' notice is given, then a makeup lesson will be scheduled at the earliest possible date. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, students will be charged for the scheduled lesson and no makeup lesson will be given.

    If the instructor cancels a lesson due to unforeseen/special circumstances, students will be reimbursed fully and rescheduled at both parties' earliest convenience.
